Fly Away has been through many changes
since it was first written.
Originally starting out as an acoustic song,
the addition of drums and electric guitars
took it to more of a rock ballad.

"I wrote this with a specific person in mind, who is living in a country with some deep civil unrest. Nothing was reported in the news globally, which got me really angry... who gives a shit what the stars of Eastenders are doing, when there are far more important things happening."
